When will I receive my order?
 All orders are shipped from Sydney via Sendle and Australia Post. Current shipping times range from 3-5 business days within Sydney and 7-12 business days rest of Australia We will keep you posted about any delays and we will give you a full refund if you don't receive your order.

Are these towels really made in Australia?
Yes they are. We source the fabric from an Australian Fabric Importer based in Sydney. The fabrics are then printed, cut and sewn all here in Sydney using environmentally friendly sublimation dye process.

What is the material comprised of?
80% Recycled polyester (rPet) , 20% Polymide.  The fabric is certified as per GRS- Global Recycling standard and also has an Anti-Microbial finish that prevents damp smells.  

What is sublimation dye printing?
Basically, the artwork is printed onto paper first, then transferred onto fabric using a heat process. In more technical terms, a sublimation printer is a computer printer which employs a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto medium materials such as fabric. This ensures the dyes seep right into the fabric making the print vibrant  and long lasting.  The chemicals used in fast fashion printing pollute waterways  especially in third world countries. Hence we have opted for water based  and eco-friendly digital inks  thus keeping our waterways safe.

Does it come with a pouch or a bag?
 Not at this stage. A water proof pouch or bag is made out of plastic. We don’t want to create more unnecessary plastic products. The towel dries pretty quickly. After you are done, you can put in your bag and hence you won’t need that additional pouch.

How do I care for the towel?
Rinse the towel in cold water after use. You can use it a few times before putting it in the washing  machine. Cold machine wash only and while the towel does not bleed, its best to wash it with similar colours. If you like to put in some extra effort,  do a bucket soak with gentle detergent for an hour and rinse in cold water. Always hang dry.

Isn't it a bit pricey?
 We haven’t cut corners and gone for the cheapest options. Our printer and finishers (stitch & sew) are all here in Australia. We are using recycled materials which are more expensive than virgin plastic and even our printing process uses Eco-friendly digital inks. We are also donating a percent of our profits to environmental initiatives. All in all, we are bringing to you a premium Aussie made product which is long lasting. By buying this product, You are not just doing your bit towards reusing plastic  but you are supporting small Australian Businesses which in turn boosts the economy.
